4-6 years of experience in Customer Management services Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills Ability to work alongside team members and build strong working. Excellent Communication Skills - Written and Verbal. - Communicating with customers through various channels. - Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all time. - Handle requests, queries, and complaints appropriately. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. French speaking candidate will be given first preference.
